Refund Policy for Telemedicine Appointment Cancellation

  1. Doctor-Initiated Cancellation:

    If a doctor needs to cancel an appointment at any time, patients will be entitled to a full refund. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we aim to ensure that you are not financially impacted by such cancellations.

  2. Patient-Initiated Cancellation:
    • Patient cancels within 1 hour of appointment time: 25% of paid amount will be deducted
    • Patient cancels any other time: 5% of paid amount will be deducted নেওয়া হবে
